Automatic filling and sealing machine is widely used for filling and sealing products packed in tubes in cosmetics, toothpaste, pharmaceutical, food, chemical and other industries.

I. Structure composition and process flow of automatic filling and sealing machine

The automatic filling and sealing machine is composed of hopper, tube loading, color coding, filling, sealing and heating, and falling material.

  (2) The upper pipe part is mainly controlled by two upper pipe valves and two upper pipe actuators

　　On the tube: two ways on the tube by the user freely choose whether to open, in the open condition, the control part will be automatically executed according to the signal plate signal on the tube action.

　　(3) The color coding part is mainly composed of two color coding motors and two color coding photoelectricity.

(2) Operation interface

The human-machine interface is used for the input of parameters and the issuance of control commands, and the high-speed processing capability of its CPU can realize online/offline simulation, giving the user a truly friendly and programmable input interface.

The man-machine interface can adjust the speed of the equipment (i.e. adjust the speed of the main machine controlled by frequency conversion), display and set the temperature of the current output, and display the time and other functions. Manual adjustment and automatic work can be realized (including the work of tube loading, color coding, filling, tail sealing and automatic material dropping).

The application of automatic PLC control system makes the traditional filling and sealing machine more automatic, improves the production efficiency and saves the production cost, which can be widely promoted and applied.
