Sealing machine maintenance way

1. The equipment must be operated by a fixed person, the operator must undergo technical training, safety training, and pass the examination and assessment before taking up the job, and be responsible for its daily maintenance work. The operator must operate in accordance with the prescribed procedures, strictly prohibited to work against the rules.

2. Operators should understand the principle, structure, performance, fault characteristics, causes and prevention methods of the machine.

3. Sealing machine implements three-level maintenance system as follows:

3.1 Daily maintenance is the responsibility of the operator, who should check the pressure of the air pressure system of the equipment, check whether the connections of the equipment are tightened and check whether the grounding is reliable before starting the machine each time. In the process of starting the machine, pay attention to observe whether the working current of the equipment is normal and whether the sealing meets the quality requirements. After the completion of each shift, clean the equipment hygiene, clean the surrounding environmental health to do a good handover records.

3.2 The first level of maintenance of the equipment by the main operating workers, maintenance workers to cooperate with the completion of the first level of maintenance is generally once a month, maintenance content is to open the equipment shell, clean up the internal hygiene; check the chassis, rack internal wiring is tight, there is no loose; check the air pressure system gas pipe joints are not loose, gas pipe is not aging rupture phenomenon. After the inspection is completed, make maintenance records.

3.3 The secondary maintenance of the equipment is mainly by the maintenance workers, operators to participate, in addition to completing the work of the first level of maintenance, maintenance workers should also check the electronic components of the circuit board solder pins are not loose, false welding phenomenon, the appearance of the electronic components to check whether there is damage, check the electrical control, pneumatic transmission is sensitive and reliable, test the equipment no-load and working current, and make maintenance records.

4. The equipment should be inspected once a month to check the working condition of the equipment and deal with the problems found in time.

5. The time control parameters of the tail sealing machine have been adjusted at the factory, the operator shall not adjust them at will, if adjustment is necessary, the shift manager shall report to the maintenance worker to adjust according to the situation. No-load work of the tail sealer is strictly prohibited to avoid damaging the welding head and other electronic components.

6. If the tail sealing machine is not repairable due to circuit board failure, it should be promptly declared to the external supplier for maintenance.
