First of all, the basic operation of the equipment, there are the following twelve points.

1. check the items before starting the machine: first check the surface of the machine for abnormal items.

2. check whether the cooling water pipe is connected to the cooling water pump.

3. check whether the hoses and materials are ready.

3. Turn on the cooling water pump switch and make sure the cooling water flows out from the drain pipe before starting the heating switch.

5．Open the heating switch, then set the heating temperature of the hot air device according to the host speed of the material of the sealed hose and the ambient temperature, and confirm whether the hot air temperature has reached the process temperature.

6、If there is insulation and stirring system, please turn on the insulation switch and set the required temperature for insulation on the insulation and heating control instrument, then turn on the stirring switch.

7. Turn on the air pump switch or connect the air source, adjust the regulator, and make sure the number shown in the air pressure meter is the set air pressure (the air pressure value is generally 0.35-0.45 mpa).

8. Pull the manual tube switch on the upper tube guide plate, the hose will automatically roll to the upper tube handrail.

9. Ignite the main machine for 3 minutes, and check the working condition of each part at the same time, after confirming everything is normal, put the speed of main machine to the speed required by the process.

10、Open the upper tube switch, then the upper tube handrail will automatically send the hose to the tube seat, and the filling and sealing work will be completed automatically under the drive of the rotary table.

11、In case of emergency, please press the emergency stop button to stop the machine, and the alarm light will flash.

12、When the machine is stopped by malfunction, or stopped by emergency stop button for inspection and maintenance, you must turn off the main power switch (key switch), and then reset all the switches, after troubleshooting, please restart the main machine according to the above procedure.

1. Before using this machine, please clean up the surrounding environment, there should be no dangerous objects and other debris, etc.

2. Do not attach parts that are not suitable for the performance of the machine or modify it at will, otherwise it will lead to accidents.

3. The operator's work clothes should not hinder the operation and should be as light as possible. Special attention: the cuffs of the work clothes must be tied on, not open.

4. When each part of the adjustment is completed, turn on the key switch and rotate the machine slowly in order to check whether the operation of the equipment is correct and whether there are vibrations and abnormalities.

Special attention: it is forbidden to adjust each mechanical part while the machine is running.

5. The main drive system of this machine is located at the bottom of the machine, and is closed by the stainless steel door with lock.

6. The machine is surrounded by transparent plexiglass door above the table, no one is allowed to open it during normal operation.

7. When there is an emergency, please press the red emergency stop button, and promptly troubleshoot, if you need to restart the machine, you must confirm that the fault has been completely eliminated. Reset the emergency stop button, you can restart the host.

8. The machine should be operated by trained and qualified personnel according to the regulations, and no one else can operate it at will, otherwise there is a risk of injury and damage to the machine.

9. Before each filling, carry out an air-transfer experiment for 1-2 minutes to check the rotation of each part of the machine, which should achieve a stable working condition, smooth operation, no abnormal noise, normal operation of each regulating device, and reliable operation of each instrument.
